What Does Your Content Advocate Do?

Upon purchasing, all customers are assigned a Content Advocate, who acts as your personal guide for creating engaging tributes and telling compelling stories. Your Advocate is an expert in all aspects of our solution and will:

      • Work with you to design your look and feel
      • Setup your overall navigation
      • Help you select the best layouts for your content
      • Upload the first few pieces of content in each section
      • Train you on how to upload the rest
      • Continue to guide you for years to come

Content Layout & Setup

Your assigned Advocate will work with you to get your project off the ground by first determining what content you want to include. They will discuss each category with you then present the best options for organizing and displaying your content. They will then setup the first few profiles in each category providing you with a guide for uploading the rest. They will continue helping you add new categories for years to come helping to keep your Wall of Fame content fresh and compelling.

• Style and Attract Screen Layout – The Content Advocate will set up the overall style including your color schemes, logos, background images, etc. Next, they will set up the attract screen, working with you to make decisions like what pictures or video to use, whether to highlight sponsorships, and which social feeds to include.
• Navigation– Navigation decisions begin with the category buttons that appear at the bottom of the screen. From there, the Content Advocate can talk through your Wall of Fame needs and desires to help you set up the best navigation providing your users with a clear and enjoyable experience.
• Profile Template Selection – Wall of Fame profiles are the actual tribute screens, and they are built using templates provided in the Content Management System. The CMS has dozens of built-in layouts with more being added every quarter. If your content doesn’t fit well in one of our templates, your Advocate will have development create a new template that better fits your content needs. We also provide you with specialized templates, including a number of Record Board layouts and a Flip Book for paging through yearbooks, playbills, school history, and more.

Content Support

From the moment you purchase your Wall of Fame for the lifetime of owning it, our dedicated Advocates will be available to you for all your content support needs. If you have an issues with the system, a question about how to use it, or a feature you want added, give our team a call, and we will gladly help.

Content Training

Included in every purchase, our Content Advocates will train your team to use our CMS. They will then be available throughout your content process to assist with any questions you may have. If new staff or students need trained later, we will do so at no additional cost. Training can occur anytime you need it, as many times as you need it.

Content Management System (CMS)

Customers rave about the simplicity of our system. You can personalize your attract screen, set up your categories, and add your content all from one place. The screenshots below show the backend of our CMS where you can upload profiles in a similar fashion to creating folders and files in Windows. Once your changes are done, you can preview them within the CMS. Then hit Publish to update both your physical Wall of Fame and the link within your school’s website from anywhere you have internet access.
