Becoming Part of Our Team

Work Anywhere, Anytime

At VitalSigns, we believe people provide their best results when they can work from wherever they are most comfortable whenever they are most productive. We implement processes, tools, and team-based communication to allow everyone the highest level of flexibility possible in planning their time. If you are searching for an opportunity shaped around your lifestyle then please consider one or more roles with us.

Who We Are

VitalSigns is a content and storytelling company whose main product is the Wall of Fame (visit our homepage for more details). We became a fully virtual company in 2019 and pride ourselves on building a work environment that gives associates the chance to work when and where they see fit.

We strive to support all associates in achieving the appropriate work/life balance, regardless of where they are on their journey. Our flexible work structure allows you to continuously adjust and create a role that best suits your skills and interests, while providing value to our team and customer base. We fully embrace the new employment atmosphere built to match the life needs of every associate and what they value most.

For more information about our commitment to our associates, check out our company culture.

How We Hire

VitalSigns is broken up into teams, each with different roles that get filled by a variety of associates. The number and type of roles you would fill depends on your interests, skillsets, and the amount of time you would like to work. You may take on one or more roles with some associates taking on as many as four or five. Full-time employment may require multiple roles, although there are some that can be full-time on their own. We are committed to helping you create your own work experience.

Associates are hired in any of the following ways:

      • Full-time basis with full benefits – May take on one or more roles on one or more teams working the flexible equivalent of 35-40 hours per week. Full-time positions are always salaried.
      • Part-time basis with partial benefits – May take on one or more roles on one or more teams working between 20-30 hours per week. Part-time positions are always hourly.
      • Internship – May take one or more roles on one or more teams working up to 20 hours per week. Internships are paid positions and always paid hourly. Employment is expected to be part of a learning experience.
      • Casual labor – May take on one or more roles on one or more teams working up to 20 hours per week. Casual labor is always paid hourly.

We will work with you to put together an employment experience that best fits your lifestyle and personal needs.

How to Become a Member of Our Team

      1. Review the teams and roles below to see where you may fit best. We have associates who work on only one team and associates who take on roles within multiple teams. Put together the combination of roles that works best for you.
      2. DO NOT SUBMIT A RESUME. VitalSigns does not require an application and will not accept a resume to apply for a role on our team.
      3. Instead, write a few paragraphs (anywhere from 1 to many) about you, your background, and what you are looking for in a job. Apply that to the roles available to select which you’d be interested in and explain why/how you think you would be a good fit for those roles, as well as the company culture.
      4. Go to Google to fill out the extremely short form and upload the document from #3 above. We will respond via email.

NOTE: VitalSigns is currently not in a position to sponsor associates for work visas so please do not apply if you do not currently have permission to work in the US.
