About Our Content Uploading Options

For customers who want additional assistance in getting all their content onto their sign, we offer a variety of content uploading options. Some schools want just a little extra help, while others ask us to do it all, so we have created uploading packages of different sizes to best fit your needs.

• Uploading – VitalSigns will help upload your content with a plan built specifically to your needs. We can assist in one particular uploading effort, we can get you started then turn it over to you, or we can help you for the lifetime of you owning your Wall of Fame.

• Scanning Services – VitalSigns offers scanning services for yearbooks and other bound materials.

• Content Design – VitalSigns offer content design services on individual design elements or within content packages. We can design backgrounds, buttons, and other artwork to help upgrade the look and feel of your Wall of Fame experience.

• Storytelling – VitalSigns will work with you to produce enhanced storytelling for one or more of your tributes. You provide the raw materials and one of our writers will put together a compelling story and Wall of Fame profile for your top achiever(s). As this is a new service, we will be providing it for a period at no additional cost to you.

We are dedicated to making your content work for you. If something is slowing you down, talk with your Content Advocate. We most likely have a solution to make your life easier and your content more compelling. And if we don’t already, we will work with you to create one.
